Twitter widget not displaying in blogspot

I added the twitter widget to blogger, and it was not displaying...

this links says: Go to settings->widget->"your selected widget"->domains and add your domain.

Small detail: I was looking for this Settings-> Widget in Blogger!!! Duh. Its on Twitter, Settings..widget... etc.
